Faith, Freedom, Family, and Fourth of July Traditions

Faith, Freedom, Family, and Fourth of July Traditions

Here at Seed Life, we’re proud to call the USA home. As we prepare to celebrate America’s 250th Fourth of July, we’re reminded just how blessed we are to live in a country built on faith, freedom, hard work, and opportunity.

Next weekend, we'll gather with family and friends, watch fireworks paint the night sky, chase the sunshine to the nearest lake, creek, or pool, and make memories in our favorite patriotic tees. But the Fourth of July is about more than fireworks and celebrations. It's a reminder to slow down, reflect on the freedoms we're blessed with, and appreciate the people who make life meaningful. From backyard cookouts and parade mornings to late-night conversations under the stars, it's the little moments together that become the memories we cherish most.

Most importantly, we’re taking time to thank God for the freedoms we enjoy each day and for the country we are fortunate to call home.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance.” — Psalm 33:12

And what’s a holiday weekend without good food? One of our favorite recipes from the Meals on the Move Cookbook is our No Bake Cornflakes. It is simple, delicious, and perfect for bringing as a sweet treat for a crowd! See the recipe below to use for the upcoming holiday weekend.

As farmers, ranchers, and rural families, we know the value of hard work and the importance of gathering together. We hope you spend the upcoming holiday weekend ahead soaking in the simple things: backyard BBQs, kids running barefoot through the grass, fireworks, laughter, and quality time with the people who matter most.
